ExQor Technologies develops a paired diagnostic and therapeutic system for Alzheimer's disease consisting of an MRI-based biologic to visualize brain damage and a CNS therapeutic biologic to deliver treatment directly to affected brain regions, both enabled by a clathrin-mediated transport mechanism and guided by an AI platform. The company is currently conducting IND-enabling studies with plans to initiate Phase 1 human trials using a companion diagnostic regulatory pathway.
