This edition covers the real Minnesota outside the Twin Cities, which already has its own dedicated coverage. St. Cloud, in Stearns County, anchors central Minnesota with a real manufacturing and healthcare base built around St. Cloud State University. The Iron Range in northern Minnesota still runs a real taconite-mining economy that once supplied most of the country's iron ore. Rochester, home to the Mayo Clinic, and Duluth, on Lake Superior, anchor the rest of Greater Minnesota. None of these are the Twin Cities, and this edition doesn't treat them as smaller versions of it.
