The Food Allergy Science Initiative (FASI) is a research organization that coordinates cross-disciplinary scientific experts from leading institutions to conduct hypothesis-driven research aimed at developing treatments and cures for food allergies. FASI brings together researchers from immunology, neuroscience, computational biology, and engineering alongside academic institutions, industry partners, and philanthropists to advance food allergy discovery.
