Sella Group is a private, independent Italian holding company with offices in Italy and abroad, operating in banking, fintech, and financial services. It founded and supports the Fintech District of Milan and launched the first open banking platform in Italy. In 2025, its banking arm Banca Sella acquired full control of digital banking platform Hype for €85 million.
