Tamarack Valley Energy

Tamarack Valley Energy agreed to merge with fellow Toronto-listed Headwater Exploration in an all-stock deal valued at about C$10 billion ($7.25 billion), creating the largest publicly traded producer in Alberta's Clearwater oil formation.
