Cribl's annual recurring revenue is near $400 million, up 33% from February. The eight-year-old telemetry and data routing company counts Zoom, ServiceNow, and Hilton as customers. Cribl last raised venture funding in August 2024 at a $3.5 billion valuation and is targeting an IPO within the next couple of years.
