HyperAgent Inc., spun off from Airtable six months after its initial launch as Airtable's AI agents platform, is now a standalone startup. Airtable investors will receive stakes in HyperAgent following the Bending Spoons acquisition. CEO Howie Liu plans to lead HyperAgent full-time and the company is expected to raise its own funding.
