Westchester County NY. Troy and Hazel Pearsall lived here while Hazel worked at Indian Point Energy Center (Buchanan NY, ~10 miles north) and Troy ran the tech/engineering team at Eyeweb in Manhattan (~35 min Metro-North commute to Grand Central). This period produced Troy's NYC metro professional and social network, distinct from the DMV/IQT network that came later. Silicon Alley era.
